(1) 10T hydraulic decoiler

(2) Pre-cutting

• Base on customer request, machine should be have pre-cutter for change coil when in working

(3) Feeding & Leveling

• Feeding the sheet to the guide roller (it is adjustable by right and left).
• Feeding roller: diameter is ￠180 mm, material is 40Cr steel, HRC48-52.°
• Leveling roller: upper is 3 rollers, down is 4 rollers (total is 7 stations), material is 40Cr steel, HRC48-52°
• diameter of leveling roller: 180 mm
• power:7.5KW brake motor

(4) Punching

• Using hydraulic punching
• Oil cylinder diameter: ￠180 mm
• Working pressure: 30 MPa
• Mould material: Cr12, quenched 58°-62°
• Hydraulic power: 22 kW
• Punching station: 4 stations
• The first big punching adopt double cylinders, the other three punching adopt single cylinder

(5) Cutting

• Knife material: Cr12,quenched 58°-62°

(7) Conveyor table

• In the two side of the conveyor have guide rollers to make sure the sheet can moving straight
• In the surface of the conveyor table is by rollers, diameter of roller is in 90mm
• Material of roller: 45# steel, surface with chrome.

(8) Roll forming

• station: adopt cast iron HT50
• Decelerating motor: BWD14-43-55KW, made in Shanghai or Changzhou
• Transmission: by gear box: 200*500(outside is cast iron, surface needed polish and paint. Inside is 60# forge and press metal)
• Main shaft dia: ￠100mm material: 45﹟forge steel
• Roller material: GCR15 quenched 58°-62°, black oxide coating
• Roll station:20stations (include feeding two feeding stations)
